In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TruthOrFake and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

Your continued use of our Service after any changes indicates your acceptance of the modified Terms.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts of Arizona, and you hereby consent to personal jurisdiction and venue therein.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. This Terms of Service constitutes the entire agreement between us regarding our Service.
